I paid but it is not showing in the system

What to do if your payment was made but is not reflected.

Payments made by card or bank transfer are usually confirmed within a few minutes. If your payment is not reflected after 30 minutes, it may be due to a bank processing delay or a reference number mismatch. Do not pay again. Contact your revenue authority office with your bank reference number or transaction ID and they will verify and match it manually.

  2. 2Check your bank app or statement to confirm the deduction.
  3. 3Note your transaction reference number or payment ID.
  4. 4Call or visit your revenue authority office and provide the reference number.
  5. 5They will manually verify and reconcile the payment in the system.
